• Print the ticket or show its mobile version to exchange it for physical tickets at the destination.

Wild Wadi Water Park Important Information

• Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue closes 45 minutes prior to the park’s closing time.
• No refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed in the park.
• The service provider is not responsible for non-operational attractions due to technical reasons.
• Enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is not permitted.
• Sharing transfers are available from centrally located Dubai hotels/residences only.
• Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas outside central Dubai.
• Sharing transfer timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic and location.
• Meal add-on includes a hot dog or burger with a soft drink or water bottle.
