Deep Dive Dubai How to Redeem

• After booking, you will receive your confirmation voucher via email.
• Check your spam/junk folder or notify us if you do not receive it.
• Print the voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for physical tickets upon arrival.

Deep Dive Dubai Important Information

• A valid ID is required upon check-in.
• Participants must be confident swimmers.
• Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs at least 24 hours before diving.
• Complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form here.
• If you have medical issues, provide a doctor’s approval before diving.
• Liability form for snorkeling experience here.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled experience.
• Persons over 50 years are recommended to get a doctor’s approval.
• Participants under 18 years should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Outside equipment is not allowed. Permitted items include a mask, breathing regulator, gauges, fins, and cameras. Forbidden items include diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators, wet/dry suits, and diving booties.
• Wait 18-24 hours after any dive before ascending higher than 300 meters/1000 feet.
• Booking is valid only for the booked date and time.
