Important Information

• Doors open at 9:30 AM at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.
• Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
• Children 0-3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge (proof of age may be required).
• Pick-up is provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Adhere to a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open shoes, gym, tennis, and basketball shoes are not allowed.
