Seating arrangements for all transfers are subject to availability and as directed by our tour manager. Pickup and drop-off timings may be adjusted according to the trip schedule and are subject to change based on traffic conditions and your location. Certain inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days per government regulations, for which Rasan Tourism is not responsible. Actual transfer times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes from the times listed on the website. Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed during the winter months. We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream. Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours. Please be responsible for your personal belongings such as media equipment, wallets, or other valuable items. Rasan Tourism’s drivers and tour guides will not be liable for any lost items.

Day 1 :- Air Port Pick Up & UAE 4G SIM Card

Dubai City Tour:

Explore the city of skyscrapers with our expert tour guides, who will provide detailed information about every major attraction in this emirate. Experience the glamorous shopping malls, cultural heritage, world-class architecture, and the world’s tallest tower – the Burj Khalifa.

Special note: 

The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions.

Day 2 :- Dubai City Tour & Dhow Cruise Dinner – Creek

Keep your booking voucher handy as you head to the Bookmywifi counter at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. Once you redeem the voucher, which is valid only for the specified date, you can activate your selected 4G SIM card, choosing from the Starter Pack, Regular Pack, Lite Pack, or Heavy Pack. This will allow you to start texting, browsing, and chatting immediately. Each of these packages offers a 30-day validity period from the time of activation.

Day 3 :- Desert Safari

Join our desert safari tour for the ultimate adventure experience, featuring dune bashing in a 4X4 vehicle, camel riding, and numerous photo opportunities. Enjoy captivating performances including a belly dancing show and a Tanura dance show, followed by a BBQ dinner with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Special note: Pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.

Booking Policy

A minimum of 7 days cancellation notice is required prior to your scheduled departure. If the cancellation notice is not provided, the following fees will apply:

• 50% of the total amount will be charged if you inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) between 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.
• 100% of the total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or do not show up.

Payment Terms
