• Present for Scanning: Show your e-ticket at the entrance for scanning and entry.

Important Information:

• Valid ID Required: Bring a valid photo ID or passport for verification at the entrance.
• Pre-Slot Reservation: Reserve your entry time slot at least 72 hours in advance using the booking code on your e-ticket (subject to availability).
• No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on time forfeits your ticket, with no rescheduling or refunds provided.
• Rentals Available: Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Adult Supervision Required: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Hotel Pick-Up (Optional): Provide your hotel address during booking for convenient transfers (if selected).
